I have been a physiotherapist for 14 years, earning my diploma in Morocco before specializing in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Bordeaux. I also hold a Master’s degree in Public Health, which allows me to integrate clinical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of health systems and the broader aspects of individual and community well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked with patients from all walks of life in various healthcare settings, gaining experience in trauma, neurology, rheumatology, and general rehabilitation. While I have had the privilege of working with elite athletes, including Morocco’s national rugby and football teams during prestigious events such as the FIFA World Cup, Africa Cup of Nations, Francophonie Games, and Mediterranean Games, my practice extends far beyond sports. I am committed to helping individuals of all ages and activity levels recover from injuries, improve mobility, and achieve a better quality of life.
As an athlete myself—having competed in CrossFit, triathlons, marathons, half-marathons, and the prestigious IRONMAN—I understand the challenges of recovery and the importance of personalized care. This perspective enhances my work not only with athletes but also with anyone seeking to improve their daily function and well-being.
I am a certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach, triathlon coach, and personal trainer. These qualifications allow me to design effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, combining physiotherapy and advanced training techniques.
As a physiotherapist, my mission is to integrate my sports expertise with comprehensive healthcare knowledge to help patients achieve their optimal physical well-being through evidence-based treatments and personalized recommendations.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from surgery, striving to regain mobility, or seeking peak performance, my approach is centered on empowering you to achieve your goals and maintain long-term health.
