About Me
Hi! My name is Jada and I joined the Kent Chiro-Med Wellness Clinic team in October 2024. Throughout my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences I gained a variety of experience working in customer service and administrative positions. I am eager to maintain organization and efficiency to ensure a smooth flow within the clinic. Providing assistance to ensure a pleasant visit is my top priority. You can expect a positive attitude and warm smile from me when you walk through the door at Kent Chiro-Med Wellness clinic.
My role as a receptionist goes beyond booking appointments, ensuring proper invoicing procedures, handling inquiries and managing schedules. I enjoy this dynamic role as it is at the heart of the workplace and it offers me the chance to interact with a variety of people daily. Having the opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere and put a smile on people’s faces is very rewarding to me.
Outside of work I enjoy playing sports and hanging out with my friends and family. Going on runs, reading a book, or watching reality TV are some of the ways I like to unwind!
